Dr. Sampath Gamage is a dedicated Research Scientist with expertise in nanophotonics and material science. Currently, he serves as the Program Coordinator for QuaNTRASE at the University of Georgia (UGA). With this NSF-funded national research traineeship program, Dr. Gamage plays a vital role in preparing a quantum-ready workforce for diverse careers.

In his role as Program Coordinator, Dr. Gamage works closely with a talented and diverse team of researchers, faculty members, and students to drive impactful research initiatives. Together, they aim to push the boundaries of quantum technologies and advance scientific knowledge in this rapidly evolving field.
